MXIS Culminating Activity 2023

The preschool and lower school students gathered at the school gym. They have exhibited their works in such subjects as the arts, English, and science. The event was a success, as parents and guests were impressed with the students’ creativity and hard work. The culminating activity also served as a platform for the students to hone their presentation skills and gain confidence in showcasing their talents. The students’ creativity and hard work were on full display during the culminating activity. They had spent weeks preparing for this moment, and it was clear that they had put their all into it. The activity not only showcased their talents but also provided an opportunity for them to improve their presentation skills. Each class had prepared a group song performance, which was a fitting way to celebrate the end of the school year and a new beginning. It was heartwarming to see them come together as a team and put on such a fantastic event. The audience was thoroughly impressed, and it was clear that the students had made memories that would last a lifetime. Overall, the culminating activity for the preschool and lower school departments was a resounding success, thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved.

On the other hand, the MYP and DP students of MXIS had their CORE and ATL Day at the Vienna International Hotel. In reflecting on the two years in the Diploma Programme, the Grade 12 students have presented their Extended Essays, Theory of Knowledge Essays, and Creativity Activity Service Projects to the middle school students. Furthermore, the Grade 10 students presented their Personal Projects, which were a culmination of their learning in the Middle Years Programme. These projects were diverse and showcased the students’ creativity and critical thinking skills. In addition to the Personal Projects, there were also various art works, posters, and dioramas on display from different subject groups, such as the visual arts, design, math, and sciences. The exhibits were a testament to the students’ hard work and dedication to their studies. It was evident that they had put a lot of effort into their projects and had learned valuable skills along the way.

The MXIS Culminating Activity is a highly anticipated event that showcases the culmination of students’ hard work and dedication to their studies.
